Welcome to Sirena Surf Lodge's Guest Concierge. This guide is designed to make it easy to arrange activities, transportation, meals, surf experiences, relaxation, guest services, and many of the other things you may need during your stay.

Most common requests can be handled directly through the options and information provided here. If there's something you need that isn't listed, please let us know. We're always happy to help with special requests, custom arrangements, local recommendations, or anything else we can reasonably accommodate during your stay.

Guided Surf Trips — By Boat

Surf Lessons

Our 90-minute surf lessons combine water safety, technique, wave knowledge, and individualized coaching.

Relax at Sirena

Enjoy the pool, beachfront, hammocks, common areas, second-floor terrace, billiards, ocean views, and Pacific sunsets.

Television & Streaming

A television is available for guest use on the billiards terrace.

Available streaming services include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV.

If you would like to rent or purchase a movie, program, sporting event, or other paid content, please let our staff know. Any additional charge will be added to your guest account.

Day Pass — Outside Visitors

Visitors can spend the day enjoying the lodge with a Day Pass, subject to availability and priority for registered guests.

Guest Services

Our staff can assist with transportation, laundry, housekeeping, connectivity and the everyday details that make your stay easier.

Transportation & Airport Transfers

Private transportation can be arranged for Managua Airport, León, local towns, restaurants, shopping, ATMs, activities, and custom destinations.

Pricing depends on destination, number of passengers, vehicle requirements, waiting time and travel schedule. Some qualifying packages include airport transportation.

Standard turnaround is approximately 24 hours. Dry cleaning is not available.

Housekeeping & Fresh Towels

Rooms are not automatically entered and serviced every day. Housekeeping is available upon request.

Wi-Fi & Connectivity

Complimentary fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout Sirena Surf Lodge.

The current Wi-Fi login and password are posted near the kitchen, and the same password works for all Wi-Fi routers throughout the lodge.

Ice & Drinking Water

Sirena's tap water is filtered and safe for brushing your teeth, bathing, and drinking.

Specially filtered drinking water is also available for guests near the kitchen. Normal quantities of ice are complimentary.

Check-In & Check-Out

Normal front desk and check-in/check-out service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A $20 after-hours service fee applies to arrivals or departures before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.

Late Check-Out

Late Check-Out is available for $20 per person, subject to availability.

Guests vacate their room at normal checkout but may continue enjoying the lodge and common areas until 6:00 p.m.

Remaining after 6:00 p.m. requires advance arrangements and additional charges depending on the circumstances.
